WHO WE ARE
Portfolio Resident Services is a non-profit organization with an intentional mission to quality-of-life for individuals, families, and senior citizens. We provide resident supportive services which include educational, financial, health and fitness, family skills development, and recreational/social enrichment programs and activities.
OUR PROGRAMS
Each month we distribute a calendar with time for social and referral services as well as upcoming events such as arts & crafts, bingo, holiday celebrations, health & wellness activities, and much more. We also bring our community partners onsite to administer and inform residents about their services to give residents direct exposure to beneficial resources. Ouractivities are free, available at no cost, to all residents living in the community. Registration is required for participation.

For residents ages 55+ our programs target essential factors that enhance the ability to live an independent and abundant life.
Impacting Youth
From homework assistance to creative art projects a consistent & top notch after school program is the hallmark of our programming for children and teens.
